I just finished making some cookies. I got the recipe from a great site with tons of vegetarian recipes called Vegweb.com.

I made Banana Nut Cookies. I bought a package of over ripe bananas for 20 cents a pound. So I decided this might be a great recipe to do.

First I made a mistake. In the recipe it calls for Soy milk but forgets to tell you when to pt it in. So after I put the first batch in the oven I saw the milk on the table and put it in for the rest of them. They tasted fine without it but the look better and have better texture with it.

With the last (left over batch) I added carob powder. Don’t they look good?!
